Course Sync is an assignment tracking app for college students to manage deadlines and tasks, all in one place. But it goes beyond just tracking tasks. It offers features such as status tracking, instant notifications, and progress monitoring that keep students informed about what needs to be completed.

One of the standout features is cloud syncing, which lets you access your tasks from any device. Whether you are in the library cramming for a test, at home finishing a paper, or on campus between classes, Course Sync keeps you organized.

2. How does Course Sync work?

Course Sync operates by allowing students to manually create assignments in the app. Once you enter the details, such as due dates, assignment descriptions, and course information, the app organizes them for easy tracking. You can then prioritize tasks, set reminders, and view all assignments in one place.

3. Can I sync Course Sync with my university’s LMS (e.g., Canvas, Blackboard)?

Currently, Course Sync does not offer automatic syncing with LMS platforms. Instead, users manually input assignment details into the app. This allows for full customization and control over the assignment management process. We do however, have future plans to simplify the onboarding of assignments as well as courses each semester!

Absolutely! Course Sync enables you to manually enter assignments for all your courses, maintaining organization within the app with extensive customization options like color-coding assignments & courses. You can link each assignment to its respective course, ensuring you remain organized across various subjects.

5. Is Course Sync available on mobile devices?

Absolutely! Although Course Sync is currently only available as a mobile app for iOS with future plans for Android. This is to ensure all of our users have access to your assignments and notifications on the go, no matter where you are.

6. Are there any tips for getting the most out of Course Sync?

To maximize Course Sync’s effectiveness:

Course Sync will remain free to use by adopting an Invisible Ad-Based Policy. This means that while you’ll still enjoy full access to essential features, the app will display unobtrusive ads that won't pop up, require you to watch videos, or disrupt your experience in any way. If you prefer an ad-free experience or want access to premium tools, you can always upgrade to a premium subscription for enhanced functionality.

8. What is Invisible Ad-Based Policy

Our unique Invisible Ad-Based Policy ensures that ads are seamlessly integrated into the app without interrupting your workflow. Unlike traditional ads, these will not pop up, require clicks, or disrupt your user experience. You’ll still be able to use Course Sync 100% effectively while the ads are there only to help support the free version of the app.

9. How do I get started with Course Sync?

Getting started with Course Sync is easy! All you have to is sign up for you desired location, either on the web or on your devices app store. You account will automatically sync between all your devices, check it out here.

10. What happens if I miss an assignment deadline?

Course Sync will send you reminders and notifications before an assignment is due. If you miss a deadline, Course Sync can send you another reminder depending on what settings you choose. You can always check the app for past tasks and due dates. However, it’s best to stay proactive and use the app to avoid any missed deadlines.
